Kimberly Morrison developed a practice of contemplative prayer more than 20 years ago when she was first earning her certification to teach the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (a Montessori-based, Catholic religious education program). Recognizing focus and concentration as critical elements of a healthy prayer life — she began cultivating a mindfulness practice, more specifically, to complement her prayer life.  As she increased awareness and gained greater agency over thoughts and emotions, she witnessed all her relationships benefit from the changes within herself.   Ultimately, Kim was inspired to become a certified Mindful Outdoor Leadership Guide and a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness for peak performance (mPEAK).  She is further trained in Mindful Self Compassion (MSC), Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and Stress and Trauma Active Release and Rewiring (STARR).  She offers classes, retreats and private mindfulness training through her businesses: mindfulbynature.net and promindfulness.com, all the while continuing to teach religion to young children, preparing them for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

Nancy McLoughlin leads gentle movement and Christian meditation sessions that invite physical ease, inner stillness, and spiritual reflection. Using the MELT Method and a soft foam roller, her work calms the body and nervous system, creating space for prayer, contemplation, and a deeper awareness of the unity of body, mind, and spirit.
